SHAPING THE FUTURE OF PROFESSIONAL CANYONING
-TOGETHER-
INTERNATIONAL CANYONING PROFESSIONAL MEETING 2026
Be part of it
Taking part in this meeting means actively contributing to the development of professional canyoning within an international, open and qualified framework. It is a space where experience, technical expertise and different perspectives come together to build shared standards, improve safety and strengthen meaningful collaboration among professional organizations.
Participating is not just about attending an event, but about being part of a responsible professional community, committed to dialogue, knowledge sharing and the long-term, sustainable growth of canyoning — together.

Different backgrounds, the same profession —
Take the opportunity to spend time together and shape the future through discussion.
WHERE
The 2026 meeting will take place in an extraordinarily beautiful country where the professional canyoning community is developing rapidly: Georgia.
A dynamic and evolving context that makes this edition especially meaningful for those who want to understand, contribute to, and support the future growth of the profession.
WHY
The meeting and the proposed topics
The meeting was created as a space where every professional can propose a topic and develop it. Each participant has the opportunity to present a subject, explore it in depth, and discuss it with other professionals.
Taking part in the meeting therefore does not mean only learning, but also contributing ideas, proposing topics for reflection, and engaging in open discussion. It is a moment of professional growth and constructive exchange, rooted in everyday field experience.
PROGRAM
The International Canyoning Meeting has now reached its fourth edition, and over the years many different topics have been discussed during previous meetings — all of them highly interesting and supported by active participation. As always, each participant is invited to contribute by presenting their own topics, experiences or proposals that may be valuable for the professional community. The Commission will provide the necessary space and structure to allow proper presentations and constructive discussion, while ensuring that moments of shared work are balanced with informal and convivial time together.
Unlike previous editions, where the meeting was based in a single location, this year the format will be itinerant. After the initial meeting in Kutaisi, we will move towards the Samegrelo area and later to Svaneti, allowing participants to discover different regions of Georgia, experience the local environment, and explore a wide variety of canyoning terrains that the country has to offer. Experiencing these landscapes and their diversity is an essential part of the meeting — and missing this opportunity would truly be a pity.
